Basis Of Siesta Video Championship

1. PARTICIPANTS  

The contest is free, so anyone can participate. But as the prizes are money, minors must form a team with an adult. Videos submitted must conform to the rules of the competition and respect the proposed topic.

2. TOPIC 

The topic of the contest is the following: “Training for the Siesta Championship”

3. SELECTED VIDEOS AND PRIZES


Once a week, most voted videos will be updated, we will try to organize them by number of Votes. Sooner you send your video, more possibilities you have to be voted.
At the deadline of the contest, the most voted video will be award with the first prize, as so will happen with the second and third videos that each will also be award.

4. VIDEOS CHARACTERISTICS 

Videos must be original, unedited and property of each participant. Videos already presented in any other contest will be banned. Video can be in Color or B/W and participants can edite them with any special effects or others alike they wish.

 Important Notice: Music and any other elements used in the videos are responsibility of each participant, in order to fulfill with the copyright and royalties of the used materials. Participant will be the only responsible, exempting the Organization Company of any responsibility in this matter.


Only one video per participant will be accepted, though you may win a prize just for participate.
We will not accept any Video considered malicious, insulting, abusive, racist, sexist or pornographic or that appeal to violence or other criminal acts.

5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE 

Videos must be uploaded to any free acces website (Youtube alike).

Afterwards, participants must send an e-mail to the following address: videos@campeonato-de-siesta.com

The e-mail must show the link for the video with the title of the video as matter of the e-mail. Participants should also indicate their first and last name, and a valid e-mail address and phone number in order to allow the organization to contact them in case they result in winners of any of the prizes.
Awarded participants will have to send before they are awarded a Cd/DVD with the video to the address that will be submitted by the organization. This is a mandatory condition in order to receive the prize.


In any case, data of the participants will be used for any matter different from the nature of the contest without the previous approval of the participants. And will only be use to inform about the development of the contest and relative future news and updates about the contest.

6. PUBLICATION 

Videos will be presented through a video gallery in our web-site: www.campeonato-de-siesta.com and could be also published through our facebook and/or tuenti and Youtube.
In the case that the Videos are published in Facebook or Tuenti, the using conditions will be the ones each web-site may apply. The participants that send any video for the contest, assume and lend the rights of the video to More Media S.L so that this agency could use it for any matter in this contest edition or future contest editions.

7. VIDEO COMMENTS 

Users of Facebook and Tuenti can comment any of the videos shown on the video galleries as well as through the contest web site.

The comments of the photographs will be filtered and validated by the Community Manager of the Competition. The comments published will be associated with a photograph. No comments will be accepted if we find them malicious, abusive, racist, sexist or pornographic or if they appeal to violence or other criminal acts. If a comment doesn’t meet these requirements, it will be eliminated.

8. DATES 

Participating Videos can be submitted only from the 10th of August until the 1st of October.

9. WHO WINS


Winner will be the most voted video. Voting is only possible through the web site. www.campeonato-de-siesta.com
There is a limitation of one vote for each video a day. If irregularities were observed in the behaviour of voters, the organizers reserve their right to void those votes, and if they persist, it could result in the change of the voting rules and making only registered users to vote.
